Product obtained from Hazelnut of the Corylus Avellana species, Tonda Gentile Trilobata cultivar, whose production is concentrated in the provinces of Cuneo, Asti, and Alessandria, in an area encompassed by the hills of Langhe, Roero, and Monferrato. The I.G.P. designation guarantees the users and consumers the quality and authenticity of the product. Product obtained by refining roasted Piemonte I.G.P. hazelnuts, hand-selected in two phases. Followed by mixing with other ingredients.
