Product obtained from Hazelnuts of the Corylus Avellana species, Tonda Gentile Trilobata cultivar, whose production is concentrated in the provinces of Cuneo, Asti, and Alessandria, within an area encompassing the hills of Langhe, Roero, and Monferrato. The I.G.P. designation guarantees users and consumers the quality and authenticity of the product. The product is obtained by refining toasted Piemonte I.G.P. hazelnuts, hand-selected in two phases, followed by blending with other ingredients.
