Crema di Nocciola Gianduia
Product obtained from Hazelnuts of the species Corylus Avellana, cultivar Tonda Gentile Trilobata, whose production is concentrated in the provinces of Cuneo, Asti, and Alessandria, within an area encompassing the hills of Langhe, Roero, and Monferrato. The I.G.P. designation guarantees users and consumers the quality and authenticity of the product. The product is obtained through the refinement of toasted Piemonte I.G.P. hazelnuts, which are hand-selected in two phases, followed by blending with other ingredients.
