Origin: province of Trapani, Marsala and Mazara del Vallo countryside
Climate: Mediterranean, mild winters, limited rainfall, very hot, windy summers
Soil: medium texture, sandy, slightly clayey, a few meters above sea level
Harvest: traditional, manual
Grapes: Chardonnay
Vinification: traditional, in white with soft pressing, fermentation at controlled temperature
Refinement: partly in wood and partly in stainless steel vats for 4 months, completed in the bottle
Alcohol content: 13% vol.
Color: straw yellow
Aroma: intense and persistent, with floral hints of white-fleshed fruits that blend with notes of sweet spices
Taste: dry, expertly balanced, soft and fresh
Pairing: smoked fish appetizers, shellfish and fish dishes
Service: Bordeaux type glass, Temperature 8° – 10° C
Storage: constant temperature 16° C, controlled light, horizontal bottle
