Cuore Di Vino Trebbiano d'Abruzzo DOC 2006

"Heart of... Organic Trebbiano d'Abruzzo Wine DOC 2006 I was born in Abruzzo "Green Heart of Europe", in vineyards cultivated according to organic methods, without the use of synthetic chemicals, in the hills at 240 meters above sea level, 15 km from the sea. I come from Trebbiano d'Abruzzo DOC vine with "Allevamento" pergola from Abruzzo that allows me to widen the leaf opening that almost acts as a solar panel and keep my bunches of grapes cool. My vineyards are exposed to the west and on a calcareous clay soil. Vinification: my grapes were selected by hand, the crates were emptied into the closed membrane press and we were pressed with skin contact...it is for that I have a gold clothes. Smell and taste: I have a very intense and persistent aroma, intensely fruity, with aromas that evoke overripe yellow fruit, honey and spices. Taste: In the mouth they are "fresh" for the acidity and warm for the alcohol, persistent, balanced and harmonious, infinitely complex. Drink me...feel my delicate harmony in the noose and in the mouth .... I'll make you feel better! Alcohol content: I am strong and delicate... 12,80%. Storage and tasting temperature: 16 - 18 degrees. Recommended pairings: excellent as an aperitif, with a sandwich, with first courses, second courses of meat or fish, but also with cheese.
