“Cuore Di…Vino” Trebbiano d'Abruzzo DOC 100% ORGANIC CERTIFIED Riserva 2006 I was born in the region of Abruzzi “Green Heart of Europe”, in vineyards cultivated according to organic methods that means non-use of any kind of chemicals. Grapes Trebbiano d’Abruzzo DOC at 100 % Vineyard cultivated following organic methods, on a clay-calcareous soil, Nord -ovest exposure, “traditional pergola abruzzese”, Vinification my grapes has been selected by hand, pressed in an air press, left to ferment in inox thermo-controlled vat, at 14°-18° Aging I am fruity and ready to drink after two years, but you can enjoy me also after 5 years. I will change a little bit my colour because I’ve no sulphites added. Analysis gently strong in alcohol 13,00%, total acidity at 6,5. Serve me Between 14° - 18° degree… then listen to me… Look at me. I have a color yellow pale, limpid and brilliant, Feel me I have a very intense bouquet, complex, fruity, with aroma that let you think at bananas, green apple, herbs, mint…. Taste me I am fresh in acidity, warm in alcohol, persistent, ready to drink Enjoy me like an aperitif, with a good pasta, fish, white meat, young cheese... share me with your friends… You will love it.
