Classification: IGT ISOLA DEI NURAGHI – 100% Carignano grapes. Description: A wine with an intense and wild character, complex, but which, when properly crafted, releases the typical characteristics and particular aromas that only Carignano grapes can express. Vinified purely and at a temperature below 25 degrees, it gives its best. Characteristics: A taste that releases intense and true emotions, complex with a great evolution of aromas and scents, typical of the finest reds, aromatic notes of cherry and red berries of the undergrowth. Color: Purple-red, changing into an intense garnet red with aging. Vineyards of origin: From the rushes in the vineyards located westwards towards the sea, son of the mistral wind, where the Carignano manages to adequately ripen the bunches abundantly exposed to the sun. Harvest: Traditional, manual, in crates promptly started in the cellar in late October.
