Classification: IGT ISOLA DEI NURAGHI – 100% from Carignano grapes. Description: A wine with an intense and wild, complex character, but which when appropriately processed releases typicality and particular aromas that only Carignano grapes can express, vinified in purity and at a temperature below 25 degrees it gives its best. Characteristics: A taste that releases intense and true emotions, complex with the great evolution of aromas and scents, typical of the most superb reds, aromatic notes of cherry and red berries from the undergrowth. Purple-red color which changes with aging into an intense garnet red. Vineyards of origin: From the rush in the vineyards located to the west towards the sea, son of the mistral, where the Carignano manages to adequately ripen the bunches abundantly exposed to the sun. Harvest: Traditional, manual in boxes promptly sent to the cellar in late October
