Cannonau di Sardegna DOC

Classification: CANNONAU DI SARDEGNA DOC Description: An important Grenache, a grape typically grown on the island, where it takes the name of Cannonau, the island's wine reference. Round and intense, typical of this DOC, aged in wooden barrels, it brings the pure aromas of the grape to the table with notes of red fruits and chocolate. Superb with important, rounded, non-invasive tannins. Characteristics: A warm and enveloping taste that releases intense emotions. Complex with a great evolution of aromas and scents typical of the finest reds. Aromatic notes of wild strawberries and red fruits of the undergrowth. Garnet red color with cardinal reflections. Vineyards of origin: From carefully selected vineyards in northern Sardinia. Harvest: Traditional, manual, harvested when fully ripe to capture the best, manually into crates.
