Classification: CANNONAU DI SARDEGNA DOC Description: An important Grenache, a grape typically grown on the island, where it takes the name of Cannonau, the island's wine reference, rounded, intense, typical of this DOC, aged in wooden barrels, it brings to the table the pure hints of the grape variety with notes of red fruits and chocolate, superb with important rounded, non-invasive tannins. Characteristics: A warm and enveloping taste that releases intense emotions, complex with the great evolution of aromas and scents typical of the most superb reds, aromatic notes of wild strawberries and red fruits from the undergrowth. Garnet red color with cardinal reflections. Vineyards of origin: From adequately selected vineyards in northern Sardinia, Harvest: Traditional, manual, harvested when fully ripe to harvest the best, manual in boxes
