Caciocostanzo di mucca stagionato

Cow caciocostanzo is a stretched curd cheese made from cow's milk, salt and rennet. It is aged for approximately 30 days, has a sweet flavor and a soft texture. It is available whole, weighing approximately 1100 g or in half, weighing approximately 550 g. Given its shape, it lends itself to gift packaging. It is a ready-to-use product, suitable for various uses, and is excellent if used for fillings or plated. Store in the fridge at a temperature of around 4°C. It is consumed at an ideal temperature of approximately 15–20° C.
