Busiata lunga - Organic Pasta of durum wheat semolina
The long Busiata has the characteristic helical shape, common to the short one, typical of the Trapani tradition. Thanks to its extraordinary thickness and its roughness absorbs the sauce in an exceptional way, perfect for a pasta with sardines to the unique Palermo. Made with only wheat of the Russello variety, it is drawn to bronze and dried slowly, at low temperatures, to preserve all the nutritional characteristics. An artisanal process, for a pasta of excellence.
