Busiata - Whole wheat Organic Pasta

Typical of the Trapani tradition, Busiata is famous for its characteristic helical shape, ideal for typical Sicilian dishes, such as "pasta chi sardi" or "pasta chi masculini". Made with only whole wheat of Timilia variety, it is drawn to bronze and dried slowly, at low temperatures, to preserve all the nutritional characteristics.
