Burro Costanzo
Costanzo Butter is a fresh cheese produced with buffalo milk whey and cow milk whey.
For the production of our butter we use an ancient artisanal process, using centrifugation of the whey, using a skimmer, for the production of creams, which are then subjected to slow maturation in our cells. 100g, 200g and 500g formats are always available. Fat matter 82%.
Store in the fridge at a temperature of around 4°C.
