BIRDE
Bosana is the most widespread olive cultivar in Sardinia. It embodies the island's aromas and flavors, from artichoke to almond, representing a distinctive mark of origin for extra virgin olive oil. Tasting notes: notes of artichoke, cardoon, and fresh almond. A full-bodied, bitter, and boldly flavored oil. Pairings: meat-based pasta dishes, roast meats, legume soups, and aged cheeses.
