BIRDE
Bosana is the most widespread olive cultivar in Sardinia. It contains the aromas and flavors of the island, from artichoke to almond, presenting itself as the distinctive brand in terms of origin of extra virgin olive oil. Organoleptic notes: notes of artichoke, cardoon and fresh almond. Full-bodied oil, bitter and with a strong flavor. Pairings: first courses of meat, roast meat, legume soups and mature cheeses.
