BIRDE
Bosana is the most widespread olive cultivar in Sardinia. It contains the aromas and flavors of the island, from the artichoke to the almond, presenting itself as the distinctive brand in terms of the origin of the extra virgin olive oil. Organoleptic notes: notes of artichoke, thistle and fresh almond. Full-bodied, bitter oil with a strong taste. Pairings: meat first courses, roast meat, legume soups and mature cheeses.
