Origin: province of Trapani, countryside of Marsala and Mazara del Vallo
Climate: Mediterranean, mild winters, limited rainfall, very hot, windy summers
Soil: medium texture, sandy, slightly clayey, a few meters above sea level
Harvest: traditional, manual
Grapes: Chardonnay
Vinification: traditional, off-white with soft pressing, controlled temperature fermentation
Aging: partly in wood and partly in stainless steel vats for 4 months, completed in the bottle
Alcohol content: 13% vol.
Color: straw yellow
Fragrance: intense and persistent, with floral hints of white pulp fruits that blend with notes of sweet spices
Taste: dry, expertly balanced, soft and fresh
Pairing: smoked fish appetizers, shellfish and fish dishes
Service: Bordeaux-style glass, temperature 8° – 10° C

GRECANICO - I Gelsomini

Perfume: delicate and floral and particularly fruity
Taste: dry, fresh, soft with medium structure
Pairing: excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with fish and white meat dishes
