ARCANOS - Cannonau di Sardegna D.O.C.

The 25 hectares of vineyards, managed naturally and with a focus on biodiversity, and constant input have driven the MURALES winery to create distinctive products based on quality and always closely tied to the terroir. The vineyard work for ARCANOS is managed with a focus on quality; the harvest is manual and slightly late to enhance the grapes' structural potential. Aging completes the process of creating a wine that can be stored for a long time but is enjoyable to drink, even when young. Vinification, respecting the characteristics of the terroir, takes place in temperature-controlled concrete vats, which, while preserving the freshness of the fruit, enhances its roundness.
