ARCANOS - Cannonau di Sardegna D.O.C.

The 25 hectares of vineyard managed naturally and above all with respect for biodiversity and the incessant stimuli have pushed the MURALES company to create differentiated products based on quality and always closely linked to the terroir. The work of the vineyard for ARCANOS is managed with a quality perspective; the harvest is manual, slightly late to increase its structural potential. Aging completes the production of a wine to be kept for a long time but pleasant to drink, even in youth. The vinification, respecting the characteristics of the terroir, takes place in thermoregulated concrete tanks which, while maintaining the freshness of the fruit, facilitates its roundness.
