ARCANOS - Cannonau di Sardegna D.O.C.

The 25 hectares of vineyards managed naturally and above all with respect for biodiversity and incessant stimuli have pushed the MURALES company to create differentiated products based on quality and always closely linked to the terroir. The work in the vineyard for ARCANOS is managed with a view to quality; the harvest is manual, slightly late to increase its structural potential. Aging completes the elaboration of a wine to be kept for a long time but pleasant to drink, even when young. The vinification, respecting the characteristics of the terroir, takes place in thermoregulated concrete tanks which, while maintaining the freshness of the fruit, facilitates its roundness.
