Anelletti - Organic Pasta of durum wheat semolina

Anelletti is a pasta format of Sicilian origin, widely used in the preparation of baked pasta and timbales of pasta. Made with only Russello variety wheat, it is drawn to bronze and dried slowly, at low temperatures, to preserve all the nutritional characteristics.
