Already four generations of the Rodolfi’s family are leading the company with an exciting history, which began over 125 years ago in the heart of the Food Valley. In the three production plants in Ozzano Taro, Fontanini and Castelguelfo we process about 280,000 tons of fresh tomato per year. The picked tomato processed become tomato puree, tomato paste and tomato pulp. We offer the best products to Ho.re.Ca and retail channel but also industrial channel where we’ve been leaders for 50 years. Not only tomato: we use the best raw materials of the traditional mediterranean cuisine to create pesti and sauces. R&S sector is one of the important asset of our job, because we are consumer – oriented offering them the best quality and meeting their needs. An another important asset are the long-term relationships with our farmers. Our mission is to preserve the knowledge and experience of those who’ve been working the field for generations with a future-oriented approach: we dream of cultivating in a more modern, efficient and environmentally friendly way
