Pascal Srl is a 100% Italian company, producing 100% Italian products. It was founded in 2014 with the goal of revolutionizing the world of ice cream, pastry, and confectionery. Thanks to the passion and multi-generational experience of its founding partners, particularly the Branciaroli family, founders of Panna Elena and other historic brands in the sector, highly innovative and exceptionally high-quality products have been created. Production is based on an innovative manufacturing process, covered by a European patent, which allows for a final product that preserves its organoleptic qualities, as it is not altered by the thermal shocks typical of standard UHT plants. The combination of a careful selection of fresh, top-quality ingredients and a production process that gently treats the raw materials has allowed Pascal Srl to develop and offer highly versatile, shelf-stable UHT products, suitable for high-value applications and transformations. The high-quality raw materials, all sourced from the Italian short supply chain, primarily from Piedmont, are carefully selected. The use of fresh local milk, sourced within a 40 km radius of the production plant, guarantees unparalleled freshness during processing.
