Pascal srl is a 100% Italian company with 100% Italian products. It was founded in 2014 with the aim of revolutionizing the world of ice cream, pastry making and confectionery preparations. Thanks to the passion and multi-generational experience of its founding members, in particular the Branciaroli family, already founders of Panna Elena and other historic brands in the sector, highly innovative and exceptional quality products were born. The production is based on an innovative production process, covered by a European patent, which allows obtaining a final product preserved in its organoleptic qualities, because they are not altered by the thermal shocks typical of normal UHT plants. The combination of the careful selection of fresh and top-quality ingredients and the production process that delicately treats the raw material has allowed Pascal Srl to develop and offer highly versatile long-life UHT products, capable of lending themselves to uses and transformations with high added value. The high quality of the raw materials, all coming from the short Italian supply chain and mainly from the Piedmont region, are carefully selected. The choice of fresh local milk, coming from a radius of 40 km from the production plant, guarantees its unparalleled freshness at the time of processing.
