Tradition and innovation are the basis of the IMEPA project, a historic company of the Esposito family, which has transformed itself from a producer of chili peppers and paprika to a specialist in dried products. The ability to recognize the best raw materials, essential for a finished product with a natural taste, comes from the knowledge that the founder Alfredo has passed down to his children, to allow him to select and transform only the best that nature has to offer. The third generation of Esposito is now at the helm of an industrial company that, with cutting-edge technologies, produces dried ingredients of plant origin, but also mixes and creams, marketing them with three brands dedicated to different channels and types of customers. The goodness of the dried product also corresponds to that of the company policy: investments in innovation, which led to the construction of the production plant in Nocera Inferiore, have focused on food safety and hygiene, but also on the safety of all collaborators and on the systematic control of the entire supply chain.
