We're located in northwest Italy, a few kilometers from Vercelli, immersed in the Po Valley countryside bordered by the Sesia River. This is the cradle that protects and preserves some of the most renowned varieties of grains and legumes in Italian tradition. Our farm produces grains (rice and corn) and legumes (soybeans, lentils, and peas), from which we produce delicate gluten-free flours. The company uses the most advanced cultivation techniques, combining traditional traceable methods (SAI RISI) with organic farming and the use of minimum tillage and green manure techniques to maximize the productivity of the fields in the most natural way possible and minimize the use of fertilizers. Over the years, we have always worked to respect and protect the biodiversity that characterizes our lands.
