The first shop selling typical gastronomic products, the 'Ditta Giuseppe Molinari', opened in 1804 in Modena. After a few years, starting from 1880, it transformed into the prestigious 'Ditta Fratelli Molinari', official suppliers of the Royal House of Savoy.
