Azienda Agricola Caccese "Pasta Caccese"

Our farm is located inside an uncontaminated hill called Camporeale in Ariano Irpino, province of Avellino (Italy), an area strongly suited to the production of high quality durum wheat, obtained following the traditional cultivation of our ancestors, using ancient seeds that have a low productivity but are rich in proteins, gluten and fibers. For several years, aware of the quality of our product, we created the first COMPANY PASTA FACTORY (Pasta Caccese) producing the real Italian pasta at KM0. Our pasta is unique, healthy and genuine; the bronze drawing and slow drying make it full-bodied and rough, so as to retain any seasoning well. The strong point of our pasta is the traceability from the ear to the table guaranteed by me Antonio Caccese who directly takes care of all the stages of processing. Only those like me who are passionate farmers and care and respect the land and nature know how to cultivate their land well, practicing sustainable agriculture in order to obtain high-quality durum wheat free of any chemical residue (glyphosate or similar), guaranteed and certified by appropriate laboratory analyses. As a company, we were reviewed in the August 2020 issue of the Gambero Rosso magazine as a closed-chain pasta factory, that is, ours is a product from the field to the package and that is no small thing considering that we are the only ones in Campania and at a national level there are very few.
