Azienda Agricola Caccese "Pasta Caccese"

Our farm is located on a pristine hill called Camporeale in Ariano Irpino, in the province of Avellino (Italy). This area is well-suited to the production of high-quality durum wheat, cultivated according to our ancestors' traditional methods, using heirloom seeds that are low-yielding but rich in protein, gluten, and fiber. Aware of the quality of our product, we established our first FARM PASTA FACTORY (Pasta Caccese) several years ago, producing authentic, locally sourced Italian pasta. Our pasta is unique, healthy, and authentic; bronze-drawing and slow drying give it a full-bodied texture and texture that holds any sauce well. The strength of our pasta is its traceability from ear to table, guaranteed by me, Antonio Caccese, who personally oversees all stages of production. Only those like me who are passionate farmers and care for and respect the land and nature know how to cultivate their land well, practicing sustainable agriculture to produce high-quality durum wheat free of any chemical residues (glyphosate or similar), guaranteed and certified by appropriate laboratory analyses. As a company, we were reviewed in the August 2020 issue of Gambero Rosso magazine as a closed-chain pasta factory, meaning our product is produced from field to package, which is no small feat considering we're the only ones in Campania and there are very few like us nationwide.
