ROBIN

"Robin" is a sparkling wine refermented in the bottle on its own lees, produced with 100% organic Salamino grapes. It has an onion-skin pink color, is bright and enlivened by a fine and persistent perlage. It has an elegant and intense aroma with notes of pomegranate, small red fruits, and bread crust. On the palate, it is very refined, fresh, and fragrant, with a savory finish that lengthens its finish. This wine is organically grown. Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with cured meats and cold cuts, fried fish, and pasta with meat or vegetable sauces.
