For this product, tomato varieties rich in fiber and pectin are used. The production process is characterized by the use of the hot break technique in obtaining the juice; together with a delicate refining and a reduced concentration of the same, it allows to obtain a product which, in gastronomic use, adheres more easily to the pasta. The product is packaged in bottles, metal boxes or bricks.
