Type 00 soft wheat flour, dairy butter (16%), Moscato Sicilia DOC (8%), dried figs (7% min.), walnuts (7% min.), sugar, fresh pasteurized category A egg yolk, Freeze-dried mother yeast, emulsifier: E471; Salt, Skimmed Milk Powder , Dextrose, Vanillin, Flavourings.

Icing for garnish: Sugar, Rice Flour, Almond Flour, Malted Flour, Pasteurized Fresh Egg White, Walnuts (3%).

May contain traces of pistachio, almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts.
