San Martino Farm's Cerdo EVO oil is a high-quality extra virgin olive oil. It is obtained from the cold pressing of olives grown in the farm's own olive groves. This is a monocultivar Picholine, a variety cultivated in a polyconic vase shape in a flat area approximately 70 meters above sea level in the countryside of Torre Santa Susanna (BR).
