Our extra virgin olive oil "Colline di Romagna" DOP is produced between the Po Valley, the Apennines, and the Adriatic Sea, fully respecting a production specification that ensures its excellence step by step. Handpicked between October 20th and December 15th, like a Christmas gift a few days early, it is processed immediately after harvesting and cold-extracted. It is the indispensable condiment and the starting point of almost every dish in our tradition, but we really wouldn't be surprised if you told us that you prefer to savor it just like that: simply, on a slice of bread.
