And so it is that, thanks to thirty years of experience, I still find myself producing an ORGANIC extra virgin olive oil, with an intense aroma, which dispenses fresh fruitiness (almonds, apples), green olives and elegant herbaceous notes. The “82 la Pacchiana” Extra Virgin Olive Oil, with a green color tending towards yellow with greenish reflections, is perfect in its aroma and flavour, the lively fruit of the pressing of a single variety of olives, the Carolea, grown in the exceptional climate of Calabria. This is also why our oil has low acidity and a high content of natural antioxidants (polyphenols and tocopherols). With high and constant productivity, this regional cultivar ranks in the national panorama, in second place compared to the Apulian varieties, which have always been the main producers of oil on the market.
