Organic EVO Oil

Azienda San Martino EVO oil is a high quality extra virgin olive oil. This oil is obtained from the cold pressing of 100% Apulian olives, produced in the company's olive groves, in particular in the Torre S. Susanna countryside in the province of Brindisi. It is a blend of the different varieties present on the company, which are grown in polyconic vases, in a flat area about 70 meters above sea level.
