From the olive grove of the estate "Impiano" are obtained 100% Carolea organic olives that harvested green give an oil with high levels of polyphenols and an intense fruity green, bitter and spicy. On the nose are perceived aromas of leaf, grass and tomato. On the palate the opening sweet leaves space for an evident bitterness and a powerful and persistent spicy, but balanced and fresh.
