Olio EVO BIO "Monocultivar Peranzana"
Monocultivar Peranzana extra virgin olive oil is obtained from a single native olive cultivar, "La Peranzana." It has a low degree of acidity and a strong and intense taste, such that it can be consumed at the moment. The nose releases very elegant and refined aromas, an unripe fruity bouquet, enriched by pleasant hints of almonds, dried fruit, artichoke and tomato.
