The Maccheroni No.75 is the latest gourmet version of our 100% Sorghum pasta: an ideal blend of taste and balance. This cereal has zero sugars, a high content of antioxidants and fibers. The Maccheroni has a slight hazelnut aftertaste, they are porous because they are extruded through bronze dies and dried at low temperatures for about 18 hours.
