Citrus Limon - Predominantly Femminello - Sfusato Amalfitano, elongated shape, thick pith, 9 m x 11 internal segments, few seeds - juice content by weight: 55-60%. The peel is pronounced and rich in essential oils. This product has been analyzed using a metabolomics technique for chemical fingerprinting, verifying its unique characteristics, by the DISTAS Department of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan.
