Citrus Limon - Prevalent variety femminello - Sfusato Amalfitano with an elongated shape, thick albedo, 9 m x 11 internal segments, presence of few seeds - percentage of juice on weight equal to 55 - 60%. Pronounced peel and rich in essential oils. This product has been analyzed with a metabolomics technique for the chemical imprint, verifying its unique characteristics, by the DISTAS Department of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan.
