The ancient tradition of Neapolitan culinary school, passed down by expert pasta makers from Gragnano, finds its highest expression in these shapes.
Crafted with care in a laboratory in the heart of the town, 'Le Campane' pastas are perfect to be served with meat-based ragù, fish sauces, as well as simple yet delicious 'pummarole'.
These pastas are the result of skillful craftsmanship established by a strict production disciplinary, which includes bronze-extrusion and slow drying at low temperature, in order to preserve the high nutritional values of the precious organic Saragolla durum wheat semolina we use.
It has a low Gluten Index* (a measure of the structural strength of gluten), making it generally suitable for consumption by those who have difficulty digesting the very tenacious gluten of modern grains, different from celiac disease."
