The vines that we reserve for the production of this wine grow on the north-western side of the Cigognola hill. This position was designed to guarantee the exposure of the grapes to the warm evening rays of the sun, which gives the wine a rounded flavor of ripe grapes embraced by freshness and refined perlage.
