The FiberPasta Croissant is Sugar Free and has fewer carbohydrates than traditional croissants and a low glycemic index and load. It has a high fiber content (13%) including fibre functional such as resistant starch and inulin useful for intestinal well-being, and is a source of proteins. It has a low nickel content (< 0.2mg/kg). It does not contain butter or palm oil and it is 100% vegetable, also suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
