Sorghum is less well-known than quinoa and rice, despite having interesting nutritional values, not only for its antioxidant content but also for minerals and fibers. Moreover, unlike other pseudocereals, it contains no sugars. Our Casarecce are made only with water and sorghum, dried at low temperatures for 21 hours to preserve their nutritional properties and slightly wholegrain taste.
