Brut

The limestone-clay soil of our hills offers a treasure of mineral salts and nutrients to our Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier vineyards, guaranteeing body and muscularity to the wine obtained from them. The first selection of grapes of each harvest is reserved for our Cuvée 'More, becoming Brut, Pas Dosé or both depending on the talent of the base of each vintage. Freshness and fullness conquer the palate with sweet and fruity notes of red fruits, green apple and plum.
