Wine made from white grapes and a small quantity of Barbera vinified in white. From pressing we obtain only the juice of the heart of the grape, ensuring a savory wine with a complex bouquet, characterized by the dense intertwining of citrus and floral notes with the aromas developed in the vineyard. A combination that pervades the nose and then the mouth, leaving an agile sensation on the palate that lasts over time.
