New Hall Oranges
Organic “NEW HALL” variety oranges:
Variety with blonde, seedless pulp, ripe from the end of December to January.
They are distinguished by their medium-large size, they are ovoid or spheroidal in shape, equipped with an umbo (navel).
A very important characteristic is that it is the only citrus fruit without limonin and has abundant juice.
The peel varies from pale yellow to intense orange, with a medium papillate surface and medium thickness. The pulp is orange in colour, tender, with a coarse texture.
It has a higher content of Vitamin C, selenium, folic acid, magnesium and calcium, as well as a high sugar content of 13° – 14°Brix, furthermore an excellent sugar/acidity ratio distinguishes them from other varieties of oranges, which is why we call them “SUN KISS”.
Due to its characteristics and merits, it is mainly intended as a table fruit and not for juice.
