Aglietto - Organic cow milk cheese with garlic
Cheese made with Piedmontese cow’s milk from a processing type presamic. The dough is elastic and pleasantly soft with a thin crust of intense color. During processing is added garlic that gives the pasta a very special flavor, pleasant not too intense. The cheese has an average maturation time of 20 - 30 days and the taste is delicate and well balanced. Since no preservative is added, this type of semi-matured cheese can create a natural external mould
