Acetomodena - Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP 'Extravecchio'
Obtained from the cooked must of grapes from the province of Modena (Trebbiano and Lambrusco). After a long fermentation and maturation process in precious wood barrels, this balsamic vinegar can the obtain the D.O.P (Protected Designation of Origin) certification after a minimum ageing of 25 years.
