We are an Italian company committed to the research and development of quick and effective solutions for the creation of made in Italy cosmetics. Thanks to our extensive knowledge and experience in the cosmetics sector, we offer a complete service, including production, aimed at meeting the needs of our customers. We start from a product idea, then create a formula and then produce with ISO 22716 certified companies. We find the right solution for every request, with innovation and creativity. Furthermore, we specialize in serums, mascaras, eyeliners for the regrowth of eyelashes and eyebrows. However, we don't limit ourselves to this; We also create other products upon customer request, guaranteeing a tailor-made and personalized service.

Our serum all Made in Italy

We have developed an innovative serum for eyelashes and eyebrows, enriched with peptide and certified active ingredients, which is proven to produce extraordinary results. In just 2 or 4 weeks, depending on the individual regrowth cycle, our serum is able to increase the length of the eyelashes by up to 43% and the diameter by up to 40%. This incredible result is due to the action of the peptides contained in our formula.

Peptides are chains of amino acids that act as cellular messengers, stimulating the process of tissue growth and regeneration. In the case of eyelashes and eyebrows, the peptides contained in our serum work by stimulating the production of keratin, the fundamental protein for the structure of the hair. This leads to an increase in the length and diameter of the lashes, giving them a fuller and more defined appearance. Furthermore, the peptides present in our formula also improve microcirculation around the hair follicles, ensuring better nutrition and oxygenation of the tissues, which further promotes the healthy and robust growth of eyelashes and eyebrows. Thanks to this combination of factors, our serum offers visible and long-lasting results, contributing to natural and accentuated beauty.

How the company was born

Our project to create products dedicated to eyelashes and eyebrows originated way back in 2003, when our founding partner, Bruno Castelnuovo, was among the pioneers in Italy in producing the first cosmetics suitable for eyelash extensions. Over the years, Bruno has continued to innovate in the industry and in 2013 opened the first exclusive eyelash extension salon in Milan. This experience allowed him to fully understand the needs of the market and to begin the development of specific aftercare products for eyelash extensions and to encourage the regrowth of eyelashes and eyebrows.

In 2017, Bruno launched one of the first eyelash and eyebrow lamination products, further solidifying its presence in the industry. From then on, he decided to start the production of specific products for eyelashes and eyebrows, giving life to an increasingly complete and innovative range.

In 2022, we inaugurated our bottling laboratories, allowing us to produce serums, mascaras, eyeliners and a variety of products in jars and tubes, as well as single-serve sachets with in-house production, from film making to sachet filling. This has allowed us to guarantee maximum quality and control at every stage of production.

Today, +39 ITALIA SRL has over 90 different brands that have become leaders in the eyelash and eyebrow sector, both in Italy and in the rest of the world. Soon, we will present an exclusive brand completely made in Italy, distributed and produced with the same passion and dedication that have distinguished us since the beginning.
